Design process overview

Initial ConsultationThis is the starting point of the creative process, consultations are essential for any new landscape project. During the on-site 60 to 90 minute consultation, all areas of design are considered. We explore your wish list, discuss landscape design styles, products and budget. A rudimentary concept sketch is developped at the end of the meeting. The consultation fee is $195 plus applicable taxes. Additional time will be billed at $95/hr.
 
Conceptual DrawingsOnce the site analysis is complete, we start developing the conceptual plan which brings the ideas to life. You will be presented a professional design drawn to scale. Its aim is to give a clear visual image and feel for what the space will become.  This design will include hardscape elements as well as defined planting areas and details regarding plants, products, finishes and primary design elements. 

Final Detailed Design
This final plan will show the details, plant list, specific finishes, grades, material selection and colours as well as details of the various structural elements to ensure that they are built exactly as it is intended.
